Shipping Q&A
Q: How long does shipping take?
- All US orders are shipped via USPS and arrive in 5 to 7 days. Orders placed M-F by 2pm MT will be shipped on that day.
- You have the option to upgrade to Priority Shipping. Priority USPS arrives in 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed M-F by 2pm MT will be sent to the post office on that day.
Q: I am NOT in the United States. How do I get workbooks?
- International shipping will receive an additional charge.
- Once a workbook order is placed we will be able to determine the shipping cost to send the workbooks internationally.
- An invoice for international shipping will be sent to the office via email with a payment link. Once the shipping invoice is paid via the email link, the order will be sent.
- The international shipping has ranged from $20 to $65. If an office decided to cancel the order after receiving the international shipping quote, the order can be canceled.
- The shipping timeline and arrival dates cannot be guaranteed with international shipping.
Q: Can I just get a digital copy sent to me?
- No can do!!!! Sorry folks this is one of those things where a few bad apples ruined it for everyone. Because some have not honored copyright in the past The Optical Workbook will only be available in hardcopy.
